This lovely, simple little ornament/sun-catcher is made by "tack" fusing glass on glass.  the picture never does justice to the actual piece.  I love the process of fusing glass - any process of melting glass actually - and will be exploring this process as a new medium and will be coming up with BIGGER and more BEAUTIFUL pieces, most of which will be functional pieces, i.e. bowls and platters; but some will be artistic and sculptural in nature.  Enjoy the low price while you can!!
